·  You have a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or corresponding.
·  You have 3+ years of experience from an international organisation, preferable within the area of procurement or/and with a supply chain background.
·  You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. Preferred fluent also in German.  
You are a natural in building and maintaining good relationships with people and you have a strong business mind set and drive. New ways of working and change motivates you to find new possibilities and better solutions. Experience from procurement projects and driving business on a global level with multiple business partners is an advantage. To enjoy working with us you are open-minded, straightforward and share our IKEA values.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Within Market Procurement we are integrated with the countries understanding the needs and contribute to the market plans, to enable speed, innovation, market relevance and user focus. We execute procurement effectively and efficiently for the whole Ingka Group across various categories.

Driven by the need of the markets and being part of a global organization, the global IKEA network opens up for many possibilities. You will be working across countries and regions. You will represent a strong brand with a big social and environmental responsibility, and you will be in the forefront to drive change. The positions are located in Germany, Wiesbaden, and the position will require some travel.
