The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and quality hiring for both internal and external hiring requirements. This role performs all aspects of recruitment for the organization through effective sourcing, screening, administering of exams, scheduling, interviewing and selecting potential applicants,and ensuring completeness of pre-employment requirements including background checks, medical exam, and other government requirements.
The Talent Acquisition Analyst will handle the recruitment and sourcing for call center and corporate roles in the organization.  This person will also be responsible for posting internal and external job openings via IHG's applicant Tracking System and other sources.  This person will also handle database management and reports preparation and analyses.  The role also assists the Talent Acquisition Supervisor in looking for cost-effective recruitment strategies and liaising with different universities and recruiting agencies, and ensuring smooth transition of an applicant to new hire status.
What we need from you

Requirements:
·  Preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Psychology or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
·  Must have at least 3 years experience in recruiting for voice and non-voice positions, with strong background in sourcing on different platforms including social media
·  Knowledgeable of labor / government laws and corporate guidelines governing recruitmentKnowledge and experience working with an equal opportunity employer and well versed in the acceptable practices of interviewing and recruiting
·  Preferably from a recruitment agency, call center or a multinational organization
·  Adept with massive hiring as well as capable of working in a highly demanding environment
·  Proficiency in Lumesse and Workday is an advantage
·  Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
·  Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·  Preferably with backgroung in development of branding or marketing collaterals
·  Demonstrates outstanding administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
