Your day to day

At the moment we're looking for a Room Service Order Taker to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team. As a Room Service Order Taker , you are responsible to co-ordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service, primarily responsible for guest orders from room via telephone and ensure their immediate action, aiming for the highest possible guest satisfaction.

What we need from you

·  1-2 years’ experience in Food and Beverage service in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
·  Diploma holder in Food & Beverage or equivalent and Food Safety training is a plus.
·  Must have very high telephone etiquette and grooming standards.
·  Display excellent communications skills (verbal, listening, writing) and up-selling techniques.
