Your day to day
We are currently looking for a Rooftop Bar Attendant , who will assist with all food and beverage operations of our Rooftop bar. Our Rooftop Bar is the perfect place to share some small plates with great mates during the day, and at night impress any guest with our handpicked wine list or signature cocktails. Our champagne partner Perrier-Jouët is always on hand to help you celebrate a special moment – or have a glass simply because you’re here, and life is pretty great.
What we need from you
We're looking for someone who has:
· Great attention to detail
· Time management skills
· Superior communication skills
· High standard of personal presentation
· Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests
Ideally you'll have previous hotel, restaurant or venue experience and hold a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. You'll be flexible to work varies shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays and will need to have valid working rights to work in Australia.
