Your day to day

We have an exciting opportunity for you as Reservations Supervisor to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Reservations Officer you are responsible for assisting the Director of Revenue in managing all the respective Reservation functions in order to meet the strategic business objectives. The role involves development and implementation of strategies and policies and will include key responsibilities such as:

·  Maintain effective communication on all reservations made to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
·  Check the no show record as well as pending reservation
·  Check the VIP arrival, special requests and check traces to action 
·  Check the system on reservations for next two weeks and inform the sales team to fulfil sales leads accordingly 
·  Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure and apply rate management 
·  Check on pending visa or expiring visa’s which need to exit the country
·  Preparing revenue report based on business needs.
What we need from you

The ideal candidate must 3 to 5 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role in a 5* city hotel in Dubai and has strong capabilities in handling technicality of revenue generating mediums & organizing, detail-oriented and, with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and ever-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations. Also must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
