Your day to day
We are currently looking for passionate Passador for our signature Brazilian Churrascaria. As a Passador, you will play a central role in creating an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience. Your main responsibilities will be tableside carving and serving of fresh cuts of meat to guests according to established service standards and set procedures that safeguard the health and safety, food hygiene and quality standards. You will be responsible for looking after guests in the restaurant and ensuring they receive the best service possible.
What we need from you
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years previous experience in same role, with an exposure to a hotel or luxury restaurant environment as a plus. Meat knowledge and technical skills for meat cuts and knowledge about the meat cooking are required.Commercial F&B certification/Hotel Diploma and previous experience working with a food safety system such as HACCP are advantage. In addition, essential to the role are excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm and service orientation. Candidate must demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
