InterContinental Hayman Island Resort in the Great Barrier Reef is an ultra-luxury private island resort recently reopened to guests in July 2019. We are growing our team and seeking engaged and motivated professionals and currently have live on island opportunities for Landscape Gardeners to join the team on island for this exciting journey on an ongoing basis.

Your day to day
If you'd like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we'd like to welcome you to the world's most international luxury hotel brand as a part of our Landscaping Team; key roles in our dynamic Engineering Team who maintaining all gardens, surrounding landscape, drains/beaches and keep the Resort’s landscape looking lush and vibrant.
What we need from you
As the ideal candidate you will have a history and background in Horticulture and Garden Maintenance with a relevant qualification a plus. You will be familiar with Microsoft Office, and reporting tools such as HotSoS, Hardcat, with previous exposure to resort or a remote island environment or who wants to utilise their strong technical skills in a new diverse and challenging environment. You must also hold the appropriate work rights to work within Australia and a Queensland driver’s license.
