Our In room dining team at the Crowne Plaza London The City Hotel looks after the 204 bedrooms, this department is busy and requires a new part time member to strengthen the team

In Room Dining Supervisors will be responsible for supervising a team of 6 In room dining assistants, and ensure the smooth running of the in room dining department.

Our In room Dining Supervisor will handle all guest complaints in the absence of the Line Manager, ensuring True Hospitality for Everyone. You will be expected to have an excellent command of the Room Service menu and its contents as well as all the hotel facilities and current promotions in order to assist the department with the promotion and up-selling of them.  

The role of In Room Dining Supervisor would suit individuals who are looking for a part time role to take their first steps in a professional food and beverage operation and/or those wishing to build on current skill and experience.

Previous Food and Beverage  supervisory experience would be an asset but is not essential as full training will be provided, although we are looking for a candidate who is used to working within an in room dining role in a 4/5* environment.
