Your day to day
As an Guest Service Agent you'll report to the Front Office Manager and be responsible for providing information to our guests regarding the resort's facilities & activities, you'll also have excellent knowledge on our local wineries and restaurants. You'll provide a level of service that will ensure our loyal IHG Rewards Club guests feel recognised & valued and be empowered to solve problems. As the first and last point of contact, you'll ensure our guests stay is memorable.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a similar role with excellent verbal and communication skills, excellent grooming standards at all times and willing to use initiative. Additionally, you must be confident and engaging with our guests, be willing to work a rotating roster including night, weekends and/or public holidays. You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
