Your day to day

Guest Relations Agent  will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Implement guest recognition and guest contact programs.
·  Implement repeat guests and other related programs as well as updating guest profile with pertinent information and general comments.
·  Implement guest birthday program and ensure that all birth dates are registered and corresponding amenities are delivered.
·  Prepare and distribute welcome cards and amenities.
·  Constantly check reservations to ensure that guest with special requests are handled correctly.
·  Work with other departments to ensure proper handling of special requests and amenities placed in guestrooms (i.e. flowers, special occasion cakes, amenities, etc.)
·  Conduct regular inspection of rooms and liaise with housekeeping or engineering on deviation from standard set-ups. Coordinate with In Room Dining for room set-up and amenities.
·  Meet and escort all arriving guests ensuring that their needs are satisfied and that they are checked-in in a courteous and efficient manner. Give a complete introduction of the hotel and its facilities, pointing out fire evacuation routes.
What we need from you

You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player You should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience working in Front Office, You will be an enthusiastic individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and guests, You will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English is required Additional language will be an advantage.
