Your day to day
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.
What we need from you
High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of customer service. Front desk/Night audit experience is preferred. Must be able to work a varying schedule including PM shift, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: Guest Engagement, Problem Resolution, Frequently standing up behind desk and front office areas, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds, efficient computer knowledge and typing skills.This great entry level position is that opportunity to move into a great career in the hospitality industry.
