The Role:

Principal Manchester are looking for Food & Beverage Team Member to join our family.

Built as the headquarters for the Refuge Assurance Company in 1895 and extended in 1912, The Principal Manchester has recently completed major renovations, which put The Principal Manchester centre-stage in our "urban lifestyle" hotel brand, including a destination restaurant and bar ‘Refuge’.

We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Team Members who have a real enthusiasm for the industry and have a real passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You will act as an attentive member of the team working, passionately to engage in conversation with guests preparing their order, using up selling opportunities and making guests smile, this role will work within our Breakfast and Room Service Team.

As Food & Beverage Team Member you will prepare for service, ensuring high standards of presentation are met. As the face of the business you will be an ambassador of the hotel, upholding the brands reputation through delivering exceptional customer service.

·  Having a good knowledge of foods, wines.

·  Ability to work independently with limited supervision
