Your day to day
As Duty Management  trainee you are fully aware of the daily operation of our hotel and in tune with all aspects and departments. You assist and work together with our Duty Managers and our hotel team and are the first point of call for emergencies. You are expected to jump in and help out whenever and wherever needed. You provide a welcoming, inspiring, authentic and professional service to all guests. You interact with guests and you respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction. When solving complaints you think out of the box to make sure our guests are satisfied and get inspired with the QO experience. Especially during busy periods you are in our lobby to assist guests and answer all their questions and concerns. Additionally you are responsible for projects.
What we need from you
This position will be part of your study; Hotel Management/Business Administration is preferred. The minimum internship period is 5 months, preferably more. You are passionate about food and beverages, always willing to go above and beyond for our guests and a storyteller. You are willing to learn about sustainability, restaurant & bar business and you are eager to improve your skills with us. You have excellent communication skills and you are used to communicate in Dutch as well as in English.
