Principal Manchester are looking for a Door Supervisor , as our Refuge Door Supervisor, your role will be to ensure the safety and security of our guests whilst representing our #ComeAsYouAre ethos, ensuring this is carried out with a high level of customer service.

Duties:

·  Ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members and visitors, their belongings and all hotel assets at all times through taking a proactive and customer focussed approach to Security
·  Dealing with many varied situations whilst resolving them to hotel standards.
·  Respond to calls for assistance, alarm activations and completing various assignments as required
·  Delivering Exceptional customer servic

We are looking for Door Supervisor with lots of Passion, Energy and Warmth.

So what are we looking for

·  Previous Security experience preferably within the Hospitality industry (Full training provided)
·  Possess a current SIA Door Supervisor’s Licence
·  Able to write and deliver reports to a high standard
·  A good team player in a small but busy operational department
