About us
Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, the newest hotel in the Zirakpur city featuring 131 fresh and contemporary rooms. The hotel is strategically located on Chandigarh-Ambala highway connecting Chandigarh city to all famous landmarks on Northern belt. The hotel also offers 22000 sq ft of banquet venue which is ideal for hosting large weddings to social, corporate parties or meetings and exhibitions.
Your day to day
-Attend marketing meetings/regional sales and marketing monthly conference calls -Arrange conference calls-Assist with direct mail campaigns-Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)-Coordinate journalist familiarizations/visiting journalist programs and site inspections as required-Prepare administration documents required for marketing (ie: internet listings, advertising, booking of directory advertising)-Co-ordinate hotel photography shoots/talent where required, within budget-Assist with promotions (eg seasonal sales promotions and special events)
What we need from you
-Implement public relations and marketing initiatives-Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.-Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
