Job description

The IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge is growing its Enterprise Applications (EA) team and has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking candidate with a passion for growth and innovation. We are currently seeking an individual with the following required skills:

• Workday Integration Development
• Workday Integration Security
• Workday Integration Best Practices
• Adaptability and Initiative

As a Workday Integrations Developer, you will perform duties and tasks to support full system life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.), and will perform tasks within planned durations and established deadlines. This position collaborates closely with multiple teams to ensure effective communication and to support the achievement of objectives. He/She provides development, maintenance, and support for applications in the stakeholder environment.

The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with business stakeholders, and ability to work in a team environment.

Successful candidates for these positions will work onsite at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge. The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Louisiana. The work location is 100 North Street Baton Rouge, LA 70802. This is not a work from home position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum of 3 years of Workday integration experience
·  Experience to design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
·  Experience in EIBs, DT integrations, Workday Studio, Web Services, SOAP, REST API, SQL, and system integration development
·  Must have good verbal and written communication skills
·  Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and in a team environment
