Travel & Expense Global Tier 2 Support

Job description
As Travel & Expense Global Tier 2 Support, you will provide support to IBM employees who are struggling with any aspect of T&E process, but whose queries are more complex, as "simpler" queries can be solved by Tier 1 support already.
You will be working in a team of 6 team-members, with all countries globally, cooperating with other T&E teams to solve employee queries and working continuously to improve the T&E process and employee experience.
Your main tasks will be:
- solve employee queries in effective, efficient, timely manner with the goal of providing support to improve employee experience,
- track all queries being assigned to you by team-lead on a daily basis to execute any action necessary, send follow-up notes, reminders, etc. to ensure employee is updated every 2 business days on the status of their case,
- recognize any patterns that might occur and coordinate with other team-members to solve system issues as soon as possible on global level.
- cooperate and communicate with other teams (T&E, Finance, Tax, HR, etc.) to solve employee queries,
- recognize and create updates to Tier 0 (online sources and chat BOT) content to improve available materials for self-help.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
