Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Have experience with the Salesforce CRM tool and projects;
Have participated in projects with migration and integration of data with legacy systems;
Ability to design technical and functional solutions (as is to be) according to good practices
Scope definition of new business requirements and projects (desirable) with customers, conducting process mapping;
Knowledge of parameterization / configuration in the Salesforce tool;
Vision of technical architecture of systems integration;
Strong understanding of data model, relationships and configuration;
Extensive functional knowledge.
Excellent communication and objectivity to act in meetings and presentations.
Interpersonal relationship and team leadership.
Ability to identify problems and impacts (adaptability) towards the customer.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering the Business Analysis in the Company's project (s), as assigned; including, without limitation, the creation and delivery of planning requirements, features and function specifications, business process design and scope recommendations
Document and analyze how necessary information and data
Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
Communicate project status when managing and raising project concerns to internal project sponsors
Functional Requirements through various communication channels, including face to face with the customer
Requirements creation and delivery, resource planning, resources and functional specifications, business process flow design and scope application
Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Responsible for selecting project results and documents, as well as project results and quality.
