Job description
We look for a newly graduated candidate holding an academic HR background to join our recruitment team in IBM CIC Sweden, part of IBMs global Talent Acquisition organization.
You will be actively involved in the full-cycle of recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring talented employees.
You attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, employee referrals and attending different campus events.
The responsibilities of the recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
You would also support our HR Partner in various tasks as Learning, HR administration in Workday, our HRS. You would also further develop our Employer branding and support all employees and managers on daily basis.
· Source and recruit
· Screen resumes and job applications
· Conduct interviews
· Assess applicants knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
· Onboard new employees
· Monitor and apply IBM Recruiting best practices
· Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection process
· Promote IBMs reputation as best place to work
