·  Administrative knowledge of IBM Email and Collaboration portfolio (IBM Domino, IBM Sametime, IBM Traveler)
·  Basic knowledge TCPIP networking
·  Windows, UNIX administration - basic knowledge
·  Developing applications in Lotus Notes/Domino
