Job description

Our team of IT professionals supports an R&D lab environment, working on SW projects focusing on wide servers and storage systems environment spanned over two main labs (~1500SQM in Tel Aviv & Kefar Saba).
We are looking for a dedicated, highly motivated and student with excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills to join our Lab Tech Team which is part of the IT Group. Desired candidate will be responsible for providing R&D's end-user technical support and day-to-day support of IT operations and services.

Responsibilities:
Maintain the IL Systems Development Center Lab's physical & virtual infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows & Linux OS technical problems
Provide a required security and compliance level for servers and workstations
Provide highly responsive customer support
QA and DEV code installation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Student with at least 18 months before graduation
