As an Integration Architect you will lead and contribute to the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions based on Enterprise Integration technologies, Web / Mobile User Interface, for multiple clients, participating in the design, development, testing and deployment process.

You will….

·  • Design by taking everyday business applications and breaking them down into individual business functions and processes;
·  • Builds, deploy and integrate the new functions and processes independent of the applications and computing platforms on which they run;
·  • Design the functions and processes to run on software that allows otherwise independent applications to communicate with each other and is built using a collection of standards and specifications, using protocols to describe an operation to execute or data to exchange with other Web Services; group of Web services interacting together defines a particular Web service application in SOA and Enterprise Integration.

In this role, successful candidates must be able to work with IBM clients to:

• Work with application development teams and effectively translate business requirements (e.g. business case, requirement specifications, non-functional requirement specifications & use case models / user stories) into technical solutions

• Develop solution architecture and work with client IT & business teams to build consensus

• Create macro & micro designs working with IBM and client development teams

• Develop application framework and establish foundation and standards for code development

• Lead Agile development team members to develop, test and deploy application components

• Lead proposal and RFP/RFI response development

• Develop sizing estimates and assist in creation of project plans

• Lead and manage design and delivery engagements at client locations

• Work closely with client's staff including technical executives, architects, and project leads, to provide technical guidance

• Support and mentor other technical team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Minimum 7 years' industry experience
·  Consulting Services experience
·  Experience working on the next level of testing INT, UAT, SIT;
·  Transformation activity work;
·  Demonstrated experience in working with a team of test automation specialists
·  At least 5+ years of previous hands on test automation experience (with HP UFT, XML, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Parasoft SOA, VB Scripting, QuerySurge, HP ALM and Jira;
·  Experience working in an onshore/offshore model;
·  Experience with Management of mid-sized testing programs;
·  Ability to work under tight timelines;
·  Experience with managing and reporting to client stakeholders;
·  Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, with proven experience in relationship management, conflict resolution and the ability to orient a message to the value needs of an audience.

Candidate must have the ability to work in Canada without a current or future need for visa sponsorship. Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%. Candidates are not able to refuse project based on travel.
