• Operate in a team selling environment
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate [New Business Account Executive] for further development and closure
• For select opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle
• Achieve quarterly quotas for both qualified leads passed
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territory
• Team with [New Business Account Executive] and channel business partners to build pipeline and close deals
• When appropriate, perform effective online demos to prospects

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

You will be a respected inside sales professional with experience in, inside sales within the IT industry.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Acquired level of experience with inside sales and/or lead development experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience finding and qualifying SaaS opportunities
• Ability to assess customer business needs and determine solution fit
• Ability to work collaboratively with [New Business Sales Account Executive] and 3rd party Channel Business Partners

Fluent in English , written and oral (as well another European language such as Italian French or Spanish will be considered advantageous )

The Acoustic products are part of the business divestiture announced in April 2019 between IBM and Centerbridge, which has closed in the US in July 2019 and is due to close in Europe in 1H 2020. Centerbridge has set up new legal entities in Europe for the divested business called Acoustic. In the transition period pending close in Europe, IBM employees in scope to transfer to Acoustic will work exclusively in support of the Acoustic business. At the close of the divestiture in Europe, the IBM employee in this role will transfer automatically under law to Acoustic and will cease to be an IBM employee. An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team selling environment with primary tasks being pipeline build, lead development, and running full sales cycle activities. Daily task includes making many outbound of calls, identifying and contacting segmented targets on professional social networking platforms such as LinkedIn, generating interest, qualifying prospects, as well as running sales plays when appropriate including account based marketing campaigns. Candidates will preferably have proven inside sales and/or lead development experience, qualifications to degree level and speak more than one European language including excellent English.
