IBMが持つ大規模なお客様案件に営業支援〜デリバリー担当のリーダーとして参画していただける方を募集しています。

【具体的な業務内容】
・営業担当チームと協業し、お客様CIOやその管下の上位マネージメントとのコニュニケーションを通して、お客様要件や課題を紐解き、お客様の将来像を定義し、その将来像に至るまでの課題解決や要件を実装するためのテクノロジー・ロードマップを策定します。
・策定したロードマップに基づき、プロジェクト単位でアーキテクチャ、ソリューション概要やハイレベルデザインを策定し、アプリケーションの提案をリードします。
・プロジェクトマネージャーとして、アプリケーション開発・保守・運用をお客様体制からIBM体制への移行を担当します。

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

【求める経験・スキル】
・アプリケーション保守・運用経験 5年以上（ホスト（汎用）系、オープン系問わない）
・大規模基幹システムもしくはアプリケーション開発経験（COBOL、PL/1、Java、 C、C＋＋、Python、C＃）
・大規模／小規模問わずリーダーもしくはプロジェクトマネージャーの経験
