As a Full Stack Developer, you will be integral to the process of invention and innovation. You will develop exciting solutions that change the way both IBMers and IBM clients work. You'll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where new ideas drive technological transformation. We work in small, cross-functional teams with big goals, so you will need to be adaptive and adept at clear communication. We strive to produce scalable solutions, and you will need to be familiar with how an automated framework helps drive them.

Job Duties:
·  Review and estimate requirements while working with your team to plan agile sprints related to application and process development roadmaps
·  Develop web applications using React, Node.js, Java, DB2 and/or NoSQL
·  Commit and organize source code in GitHub enterprise
·  Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to your peers, your manager, and the team product owner
·  Participate in architecture and technical roadmap planning sessions
·  Advise management and product teams on implementation and architecture patterns and best practices
·  Develop back-end processes and APIs required by front-end applications
·  Manage & transform data
·  Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership
·  Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in a fast-paced environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  A minimum of 2 plus years of experience in Python
·  A minimum of 2 plus years of front-end JavaScript experience, ideally React/Typescript or similar, ex. Vue.
·  Demonstrated experience in open source relational database systems (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL).
·  Meaningful development experience in modern web frameworks, such as Django Rest Framework (or) building and designing REST-based web services using JSON
·  Excellent object-oriented programming skills demonstrated in any of the following: Java, C++, C#, Python, R, PHP, Visual Basic.NET, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, MATLAB.
·  Commitment to provide quality completed deliverables with well-factored, maintainable code
·  Ability to accurately estimate work
