As an IBM financial analyst, your role is to ensure that IBM makes sound financial decisions and to propel profitable business growth by providing analytical insights to assist in business decisions. In this rotation program, you will progress through stretch roles in cost, spending, resources and revenue to grow technical skills, leadership skills and expand business knowledge; work on Agile teams; and enjoy creative social events sponsored by our Finance climate group. Highly successful candidates will have demonstrated readiness to take on material leadership roles in Armonk, NY at the end of the three year rotation program.

Preferred Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree in finance, accounting, economics, operations management or math
• Experience with financial analysis and accounting concepts
• Strong background in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Intellectual curiosity
• Willingness to relocate to Armonk, NY
