Business Transformation Consultant: Supply Chain

Job description

As Business Transformation Consultant, you will manage a critical role that leads and shapes solution delivery for the “Supply Chain and Logistics” domain within our client's multi-year Business transformation initiative."

Responsibilities:
·  End-to-end delivery of solution including business process analysis, design, build, test and deploy phases.
·  Provide functional/technical expertise in the Coupa application – covering process.
·  Be the client representative, work with Coupa implementation consultants and architects to represent client's IT.
·  As domain consultant for BAU enhancements, work closely with customers (business users, stakeholders) to extract requirement details, apply subject matter knowledge and domain experience to suggest better practices, convert requirement details to specifications.
·  Partner with technical analysts to convert functional specifications into technical designs; own, engage, and support Coupa application change delivery; resolve bugs, defects, and issues.
·  Understand business project needs and change requests to conceptualize requirements into viable solutions.
·  Assist in effort, cost or value estimates for business cases or change requests; participate in business need discovery sessions, technology assessment, vendor presentations or other initiatives.
·  Prepare accurate documentation of requirements, specifications, test cases or key documentations.
·  Identify and recommend business process changes and best practices – saving time, cost, and effort.
·  Function as a subject matter expert; develop and manage a team of 1-5 junior business analysts

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  3– 4 years of Experience in Coupa application and related product suites is a must.
·  Working knowledge on how interfaces work (Batch processing, cXML and APIs), how to do Coupa setup/configurations and very good Coupa administration knowledge.
·  Proficient in Coupa application and related product suites is a must
·  Solid in communication and documentation skills.
·  Demonstrate being proactive, innovative and knowledge on below as well :
·  Coupa Administration Details - Support user security management, workflow maintenance, on-demand data load, run business rules, data reconciliation, update substitution variables, month-end and year end activities, data extraction for business, on-demand backup and other service requests.
·  Configuration – Perform all minor and major configuration changes with the Coupa application ecosystem, which includes any change that can improve or modifies the existing Coupa functionality.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

·  Platform Certification in Coupa application.
·  Ability to contribute to the architecture and enhancement of the Coupa ERP System as per business requirements\\
·  Validated knowledge on Coupa ERP systems like configuration/Setup/Transactional level
·  Full stack web development expertise (JavaScript, html, cxml)
·  Knowledge of Coupa specific API's and Integration logic with other systems.
·  Ruby on Rails Experience is an added advantage. Contributed fixes/ features to Rails Core, jQuery is desirable
·  Interfaces - Inbound/outbound interfaces to/from Coupa through Dell Boomi or other integration mechanism in place.
·  Documentation – Follow standard approach and methodology for documenting all major and minor configuration changes
·  Other Services - The service scope includes fixing of any configuration issues related to Coupa application artifacts. T
·  Follow SDLC of requirement gathering, design, Build, Testing, support UAT, Provision of required KT and Go-live is within the scope of the work
