Job description

Hyatt Regency Kyoto is currently seeking Touzan Bar - Outlet Assistant Manager. You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with the company's strategic priorities and brand standards, while meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations.

役割について

現在ハイアット リージェンシー 京都では東山バーにてご勤務いただくアシスタントマネージャーを募集しています。海外、特に欧米からお越しのお客様を中心としたインターナショナルな雰囲気の中、お客様に心地よく、そして特別な時間をご提供頂きます。また、チームやオーナーの期待に応えるべく、アウトレットマネージャー、アシスタントマネージャーをサポートし、会社の戦略的優先事項とブランドスタンダードに沿って計画を立て、率いていただく責務があります。

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a hotel or restaurant.
·  Strong knowledge and skill for Beverage is required
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required
·  Business level in spoken and written English and Japanese is essential
