Situated in the heart of the city’s upscale shopping, cultural and beach destination Haeundae, Park Hyatt Busan is a luxurious, intimate and residential-style hotel for the sophisticated luxury traveler visiting Korea’s second largest city for business or leisure.

The Spa Receptionist will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to the guests. The Spa Receptionist is also responsible to schedule treatments, guest registration and spa reservations with ensuring the smooth operation of the activities and maintenance of equipment in Spa & Fitness Center.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Work experience in hotel operations is preferred.
·  Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
·  Good computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office
·  Knowledgeable of Spa and Beauty treatments
·  Excellent knowledge of the Spa industry
·  Good retail selling skills
·  Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Spa Receptionist is essential
