Reservations Host

Job description

As a Reservations Host, you are friendly and efficient in helping guests book the right accommodation to fit their needs. By suggesting different packages or amenities that the hotel / resort offers and tending to the guests needs, you help to create a memorable stay for the guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

·  Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
·  Some experience in reservations
·  Possess good customer service, communication skills, problem-solving skills and patience, along with self-confidence
·  Computer literacy in Opera Fidelio, Micros, Microsoft Office
·  Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
