In this role you will be responsible to assist the Engineering Manager in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering department of the hotel. You will support all operating departments, especially Kitchen areas to ensure all services are supplied to the hotel maintaining equipment and the building and grounds are in good operational condition, with a focus on utilities conservation.

Not only will you do amazing things within the hotel, you will make a name for yourself and team outside of the hotel. Partnering and participating in local community events and initiatives.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

We are looking for a candidate who is currently in a similar role or has relevant engineering experience in hotels and has a minimum of 2 years work experience as Kitchen Technician, ideally in a hotel or hospitality related industry.

Experience in pre-opening hotels, knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and other special projects will be valuable.

Verbal and written English language proficiency is required, with a second language helpful.
