You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Service Centre in Rooms Division.
Ideal candidate profile
· Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
· Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
· Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.
· Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
