Job description
Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information. Update guest's profiles for their personal data, preference and complaints. Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved.
· Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings.
· Maintain the privacy of all guest by ensuring that no details of the guest are disclosed.
· Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with all laid down system, policies and procedures.
· Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized from arrival till departure.
· Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and occupancy levels.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Arabic
· Self-motivated and responsible
· Customer and service orientated
