Overview:
HSBC Technology and Services - Global Asset Management provides world-class systems and solutions for the Asset Management Business. Within HTS - AMG our GLT Pune office is playing an increasingly important role in servicing the Asset Management technology requirements across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office systems.
Responsible For:
This position is responsible for Test Automation, Test design, Framework design, test cases creation & execution along with the defect management.
ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Experience, skills, competencies etc.)
· 4-8 years of IT experience in Functional & Automation testing using Tosca / Selenium/Cucumber/Jbehave (two of them as a primary skill )
· Must have Knowledge of Jmeter or Load runner or any other performance tool.
· Must have knowledge of XML, JSON, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and SQL.
· Must have the ability to understand the logical flow of applications on technical / code level.
· Must have Knowledge of Core Java and scripting.
· Good to have Domain knowledge (Capital markets / Trade lifecycle / Investment banking basics).
· Good to have Knowledge of using JIRA & Confluence.
· Good to have Knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins.
· Good to have Knowledge of different techniques with TDD & BDD frameworks.
· Hands on experience on Test management tools like HP ALM QC & JIRA as Defect tracking tool.
· Very good analysis and defect identification skills.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills as he/she has to work in global environments.
· Should be proactive, have learning attitude & adjust to work in dynamic work environments.
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIRMENTS (Experience, skills, competencies etc.)
· Work background of Asset Management, Investment Banking, Trade life cycle and Basics of Financial Markets
· Experience working with Multiple Departments/ Domains
· Knowledge of Agile / Scrum.
