Job description



Implementation of tactical and strategic process improvements to support the bank's evolving traded credit risk and market risk management activities. Provide project support, process analysis, target process design, and developing and supporting technical applications/tools which improve the bank's ability to measure, monitor and aggregate risk. Working with risk managers and internal stakeholders to understand and establish business requirements. Provide project support as liaison between developers and subject matter experts and lead the portfolio for the US Traded Credit Risk department.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate technical, commercial, banking and credit experience.
Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of technical, commercial, banking and credit experience.

Qualifying experience must include:

- Traded credit and market risk management for products such as derivative swaps, forwards, options, repos, or securities financing
- Experience leading and supporting a change/transformation role working on demise projects and system enhancements
- Working in an international company supporting multiple locations
- Communicating and collaborating with the following teams, or similar:
o Traded Credit Risk & Market Risk Control
o Traded Credit Risk & Market Risk Management
o Sales, Trading & Relationship Management
o Global Risk Analytics
o Functioning within Software Delivery (IT) teams
o WMR/Traded Risk Global Strategy
- Process analysis, design, and developing technical applications/tools to improve measuring, monitoring and aggregation of risk.
- Project planning, analysis and execution and post-production support.
- Full development cycle from design and development through testing, implementation and post-production support.
