Principal responsibilities

• Attend classroom training to get familiar with HACN different department and business insights
• Understand and familiar with the business / function strategy and act according to the corporate strategic priorities
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong motivation to learn the Bank's business, products and operations procedures
• Evaluate own performance and seek feedback from others to continuously improve own capability
• Provide necessary support to attached department / team to gain as much as experience
• Take initiative in upgrading knowledge and widening exposures, and drive self to deliver results
• Connect and work collaboratively with different stakeholders and deliver quality services to internal and / or external customers which meet the Bank's standards

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or above degree with maximum 2 years' working experience
• Strong self-driving, can work independently under working pressure
• Good command of communication, interpersonal and analyzing skill
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
