  We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Site Lead

Requirements

Principal responsibilities

·  Business Analysis: Managing the requirements and finalizing the solution with the IT.
·  Project Management: Provide project management for Markets ISO 20222 Programme for sites.  This will include ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of project and will include the following:
·  Delivery: Project delivery through all phases of the project lifecycle.
·  Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with global/regional stakeholders inside and outside of Markets Ops, ensuring that they are appropriately engaged.
·  Governance: Chair internal project working group meetings, represent Markets at external DBS led working groups.  Adherence to the ISO programme governance framework. 
·  Project Documentation: Production and oversight of completed project related documentation i.e., Project Plans, Solution Documents, BRD, Test Strategy Document etc.
·  RAID Management: Ensure that all risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are appropriately logged, managed and escalated.
·  Communication: Ensure that timely, accurate and appropriate communications are delivered to relevant stakeholders.
·  Project Reporting: Ensure status reports are updated in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed standards.
·  Methodology: Ensure compliance with all Team and HCF standards and processes ensuring the use of the relevant tools and documents.
·  Planning: Produce and maintain project plans.

Requirements

·  sites where ISO go live has been achieved and Markets have maintained their license to operate.
·  Zero negative impact on BAU activities as a result of ISO related changes.
·  Delivery of PTA > OPAS connectivity for sites.
·  Delivery of XSSL > PRS connectivity for the sites.
·  Alignment of site to Payments ToM for Go Live (e.g., routing Payments via the payment engine)
·  Signoffs / Approval on BRD, solution design or any impact analysis from the relevant stakeholder
·  Project documentation is completed and maintained to the required standard.
·  Status updates on own book of work completed in a timely manner.
·  Adherence to HCF and team standards on all project documentation.
·  Ensuing any risks are escalated and managed as appropriate.
·  Seeking to continuously improve what we do and the service we provide to our clients.
·  Positive feedback from stakeholders, SME’s and peers regarding involvement and delivery.
