Role Overview

Achievement of sales targets in line with the group objectives through acquisition of quality business & good customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunity from allocated territory

o By providing a single point of contact for AEL companies.
o By implementing proactive/ creative initiatives to generate sales and meet monthly & annual

sales targets.
o By building long term relationships with ‘key' contacts.
o By targeting competitors' quality customers and transferring them to HSBC.

• Provide efficient and personalized customer service

o By providing advice, guidance and solutions in a structured manner to the customers

according to their ‘need'.
o By proactively broadening & deepening relationships with HSBC customers through effective

customer contact thereby enhancing the financial value for HSBC.
o By increasing awareness amongst customers about remote/ alternative distribution channels.
o Use Complaint Manager System to record complaints. Ensure SLA is met at all times.
o Ensuring a professional image is maintained by wearing staff ID and uniform.

• Manage activity

o By Attending Morning/Sunset meetings with the team on a daily basis.
o By effectively planning contacts & meetings to ensure efficient use of time & resources.
o By appropriate follow-up of customer interviews.
o By building effective relationships & referral business on a daily basis
o By structured handover of business relationships and follow-up activity at times unavailable
