Then we have the right opportunity—Working in Education Services, you will use your unique understanding of the training process, perform general and specific operational processes (e.g., data management and reporting) in support of the training delivery function, in the company business/function, L&D segments and Centers of Expertise. 

 

You will assist with researching and analysing training information, tracks financial metrics, compiles data, formulates necessary reports, coordinates work processes, and performs other established operational and logistical procedures aligned to L&D business processes. You will be the interface with vendors, trainers, designers/developers, and training participants regarding training logistics, facility arrangements, and materials.If you have a track record of project management success, want to be part of a business area that is growing—with great opportunities, and are ready for your next role, then please apply today.

 

How you’ll make your mark:

· 
Deploy new process, program and system implementations and participates in the design across multiple functions, businesses, and geographies.

· 
Deliver employee support services.

· 
Use appropriate delivery mechanisms to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

· 
Provide resolution of client escalations with HR functions and partners.

· 
Implement complex process improvements to optimize customer experience globally.
 

About you:

· 
First level university degree; advanced university degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· 
Solid proven training or related experience.

· 
Strong collaboration, communication, administrative, problem- solving/troubleshooting and customer service skills.

· 
Excellent knowledge of training function processes and programs.

· 
A clear understanding of escalation management strategies.
