🎉 Join us in creating WOW moments for our guests! As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting and registering guests, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
• Guiding guests through local experiences, from shopping to sightseeing, and everything in between.
• Surprising our guests with unique welcome experiences and WOW moments during their stay.
• Resolving any challenges promptly and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
• Handling payments accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with other departments to address guest needs.
• Managing various tasks such as mail, luggage handling, and laundry.
• Maintaining a positive and outgoing demeanor at all times.

📅 In addition to these responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to attend monthly department meetings and training sessions to further enhance your skills.
