We are looking to hire both leader potentials, junior and senior leaders to key
positions in our stores such as Department Manager & Store Manager. The
location for your first role in H&M will depend on where we have the best
possibility for you to develop your career taking your experience, strengths
and interest into consideration.




YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A LEADER IN H&M


 People


Manage, recruit, on-board, train, develop and
provide succession planning
Maintain an overview of all Employee Relations responsibilities
to ensure a positive work environment




Commerciality


Actively work with garments, including processing,
stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising per
H&M guidelines to maximize selling opportunities
Ensure and follow up on all activities concerning
campaigns, promotions and sales activities 






Customer experience


Create the best possible customer experience together
with your team


 


Financial accountability


Establish and oversee plans, budgets and variable costs;
work with comparable sales to last year, sales to budget and future sales
trends to maximize profitability 




 Candidate qualifications


Preferably 1–3 years of retail management experience
or comparable experience
University degree in business is meriting
Basic excel skills and experience from working with a
budget is required
Proven organizational and analytical skills along with
a sales-drive and a results-oriented approach
