MISSION :  

 

The Digital Content Associate will be responsible for the digital content deployment of Groupe SEB USA’s e-commerce channels across the All-Clad, T-fal, Rowenta, Krups, and Lagostina brands. Specific duties include:

·  Working closely with the Sales teams to understand the retailers’ content requirements and their respective systems to deploy content to their site
·  Leverage web monitoring tool (Profitero) to identify content gaps and resolve them quickly
·  Generate reports/scorecards from Profitero to track progress and update internal/external stakeholders
·  Presenting best-in-class content learnings seen in the market
·  Utilizing internal PIM/DAM Systems (Salsify) to access and modify content as required for customers’ needs
·  Managing multiple projects at one time and able to shift workload given changes in business needs
·  Knowledgeable in retailer CMS systems including Amazon Vendor Central & Web collage
·  Some travel will be required for customer meetings

PROFILE:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications or related field
·  Min. 2 years of experience working with a digital marketing or e-commerce team
·  Prior experience deploying content across retailer systems (Amazon Vendor Central, Webcollage) a plus
·  Solid general understanding of digital technology including infrastructure and software
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
·  Dynamic personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
·  Highly collaborative nature, able to work in matrixed structures
