Role Summary/Purpose

The CFC Supervisor role is responsible for leading the Memphis site Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC). The site CFC Supervisor provides overall leadership and lead all aspects of the safe and accurate receiving, warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts from our Memphis, TN warehouse.
Essential Responsibilities

Leads receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution of aircraft parts for the Memphis Customer Fulfillment center; assists leadership in the areas of staff selection, performance management, training and development of all warehouse employees; Partners with leaders to ensure we exceed our customer expectation every time, every day; helps leadership to ensure processes and procedures for the Memphis warehouse are in compliance with ISO 9001 2015 and AS9120B; Ensures inventory integrity by processing material into our Inventory Control System (ICS) and indicates each movement in the system until the product is eventually dispersed; helps leadership to ensure cost efficiency of materials needed for shipping and storage of inventory. Ensures the most cost effective and efficient shipping methods are utilized; Ensure processes, work instructions and forms are kept up-to-date and posted to the document management website; assists leadership with management of contending priorities and fluctuations between projects and personnel; Processes parts to be scrapped upon return from repair facility or customer; Coordinates with IT department on new programs and system improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations; Continual process review with focus on continual improvement opportunities and ensuring lean principles are being utilized.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Associate's degree or equivalent experience in warehouse setting; 
·  1 -2 years of experience in supervision and warehousing or significant experience;

·  Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the company as well as external customers and regulatory agencies; 

·  Ability to work well in a team environment and to perform against tight deadlines. 
·  Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; 
·  Validated ability to analyze and problem seek; proven ability to lead programs / projects; 
·  Strong problem-solving skills/analytical skills; 
·  Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities with meaningful priorities; 
·  Six Sigma certified; 
·  Aviation experience preferred.
