Role Summary/Purpose

As part of the GE India Multi-modal DS team Jr. Engineer is responsible for assembly and Inhouse Testing of Mark Vie, Vibration Monitoring System Cabinets. Also responsible for Tools & tackle monitoring, continuous improvements on cost reduction. Also, responsible to Assemble and test defect free products.
Essential Responsibilities

• Ability to complete Assembly and Testing of Mark Vie Control Cabinets, Vibration Monitoring System (Bentley Nevada)
• Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings, manuals, SOP and other material to determine finish product.
• Ability to complete the wiring of cabinet and ADR Hook-up, simulation and Cabinet testing as per document.
• Ability to complete testing of BN cabinets.
• Ability to complete pre-fat and FAT activities.
• Ability to interact with interdepartmental peoples.
• Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset.
• Inventory control on shop floor including WIP return.
• Ensures to build right product with zero customer complaint.
Qualifications/Requirements

1. First Class Diploma in Electrical/ E&TC stream.
2. 2 to 3 Years of Experience in Engineering industry – with firsthand experience of control cabinet build and testing background.
3. Strong background in project execution field will be desired.
