Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for managing reports, approving invoices and assuring data accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Kickoff, monitor & verify accuracy of 3rd party debrief,
timesheets & invoices.
·  3 rd party invoices approval and management based on
timesheet/debrief (Key user up on new project: 3 rd party
debrief system, leaded by USA team).
·  Labor SR's analysis: backlog and reports.
·  Tableau reports improvement for Labor analysis: Time Card vs Fault
Code, Time Card vs SR's debriefed.
·  Assist with parts receiving  and inventory issues on B20
sites.
·  Transactional SR's process mapping.
·  Kickoff, monitor, and close out all Transactional Work.
·  Provide RACES troubleshooting assistance.
·  Support for RACES SR issues & training.
·  Provide Reporting to assist field with ERP Responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in  Business administration,
Economics, Accounting.
·  3+ years of experience on finance arena.
·  Advanced communication skills in English both verbal and written.
·  Ability to work with teams across functions and around the globe.
·  Excellent PC skills: experience with financial systems / applications
(i.e.: Oracle, SAP).
·  Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint experience, particularly pivot
tables, advanced lookups, charts and data mining.
·  Clear thinking with fundamental analytic skills:
able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers,
generate alternatives and drive positive change.
