Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Seat Structure System Division is looking for you as a VIE FES&P (Faurecia Excellence System & Productivity, our Lean Manufacturing method) Pilot m/f for our site in Walbrzych, Poland.
Your role and responsibilities?
The FES&P pilot provides improvement ideas on Prodution and support our factories to achieve the expected level of excelence.
Your main missions will be to:
Search & propose new method/process/ideas to create new value/saving for our factories.
Support our team to analyse our improvement potential and support saving actions deployment
Analyze potential saving on physical flows as information flows.
Support plant teams to deploy our best practice
Support plant teams to deploy saving actions
Compare/analyze and define the benchmark to deploy
The mission will last 12 months.
Who are you?
Master’s degree in engineering
Production and lean manufacturing experience or strong knowledge
Diplomacy & lead to be able to get result without creating any trouble
Problem resolution tools knowledge
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
