Job Summary:

 

Reporting to the Workforce Management Lead, CT Platform Engineering, the Workforce Management Analyst will cater to the resource Demand Management & Allocation

 

Responsibilities:

 

· 
Responsible for Resource Demand and allocation management of large (400+) team

· 
Workforce demand forecasting and optimization

· 
Work with the recruitment team to drive the hiring of the right talent. Generating resourcing options and insight that will forearm the business in managing through key risks and challenges

· 
Perform skill & role mapping

· 
Responsible to manage & maintain resource details in the tools for different verticals

· 
Assist to Operationalize and standardize the Resource Management activities of existing resources and new hires

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

 

Technical/Functional skills

· 
Should have understanding of the technology spectrum and should be able to adopt the needs of the changing technologies

· 
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

· 
Understand the internal approval tools, adopt key performance indicators (KPIs)

· 
Demonstrated experience working with a Global/virtual team, across cultures and time zones

As this is a role with global focus and responsibilities, you may be required to work outside of the normal working hours in your time zone in order to partner with other IT Services staff globally

Job Requirements:

Education:

· 
Degree in Business Management or related discipline or equivalent work experience

Experience:

 

· 
3+ years of Experience in IT workforce management and resource Operation Management

· 
Experience in managing the operational metrics of the workforce management

· 
Experience in non- employee resource management and working with 3 rd parties for non-employees/contractors
