The opportunity

 

With our support you’ll build valued relationships with our clients and other members of Advisory team and will focuson high-impact opportunities and projects.Bringing experience and unique insight on one or more disciplines, you will use your knowledge to provide combined services covering a spectrum of activities from information technology to finance and financial risk management.Weare currently growing our Advisory team across all capabilities to help meet increasing demand, providing you with the opportunity to work with a diverse team in a number of large scale projects for major clients in Greece and abroad.

Your key responsibilities

 

As a professional in Advisory team you will participate in engagements that typically involve managing multiple stakeholders and requires you to give bespoke advice to our clients using your technical knowledge and experience. At the same time you are required to continuously develop through trainings and hands on experience on a variety of projects.

·  Ability to conceptualize and communicate effectively outcomes of business analysis both  verbally and in writing
·  Ability to develop presentations that are clear and impactful, translating EY advisory services into meaningful value propositions for clients
·  Good organizational and time management skills with theability to prioritize and complete tasks under tight deadlines
·  Ability to interact with teams and client stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
·  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team with diverse backgrounds and experiences
· 
Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach

· 
Evidence of self-motivation to continuously develop in the areas of banking and finance

· 
Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness

 

To qualify for the role you must have

·  6 or more years work experience in leading NPL servicer or Banking Institution (Indicatively in the following functions: NPL Management, Program Office of large scale transformations, Strategy, Finance)
·  Day-to-day management and coaching of small teams for the delivery of outcomes under tight time frames
·  Advanced business writing skills both in Greek and English language
·  ABachelor and/or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field with quantitative focus
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office (advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint)
·  Knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques
·  A passion to provide   high quality service to our clients  

 

Ideally, you'll also have

·  Work experience in Management Consulting would be considered an asset
· 
Proven understanding of capabilities for data analysis tools (knowledge of SQL would be considered an asset)

· 
Proven experience indelivery and/or project management in restructuring initiatives, strategy composition or business planning
