Our People Advisory Services Department is looking for a Rewards Consultant to reinforce their HR Advisory team in Diegem.  
 
Key Responsibilities
·  You will support project team designing, testing and implementing a rewards program;
·  You will set-up a program in a reward tool and support clients with admin tasks;
·  You will analyze statistical data, for example remuneration packages;
·  You need to prepare presentations and reports:
·  You will communicate findings to clients, managers and stakeholders;
·  You need to keep abreast of rewards trends in general and particularly on Client industry/sector.

Profile
·  You have or will obtain a master degree in HR;
·  It’s a plus if you have knowledge of a job evaluation process and salary administration practices;
·  You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch/French and English;
·  You know statistical techniques and computer applications;
·  You are a problem solver with research and analytical ability.
