HR Learning & Development Intern (m/f) Wanted!

We’re looking for our new colleague who will be part of our L&D Team Starting on March 2021 (6 months)

About the job

You will assist the Learning & Development team in training project deliveries, liaise with internal and external services providers in the context of training organization, acting as a project manager on specific training events and ensuring the administrative follow-up of the training sessions as well as for the training budget and cost monitoring.

Besides you will participate in the elaboration of reports to the Ministry to obtain subsidies for professional education and to ensure regular reporting towards the Management.

About you

You follow a Bachelor/Master Degree in HR or similar and your internship is required for the completion of your Diploma. 

In terms of languages, you are fluent in English & French. German or any other languages will be considered as an asset. 

A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is requiried. 

We are looking for a colleague who is rigorous, organized, flexible, proactive and detail oriented; knowing how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs and being able to handle sensitive matters and ensure confidentiality.

Besides we look to find on you excellent communication skills, someone flexible, team worker and able to manage stressful situations.
